What if my phone isn't listed?
Our current listing of phones includes only those that are known to be fully compatible. Since there is no software to download, it is possible to access FROG on other devices, however, we've only listed devices that are tested and produce predictable results. Recommend Your Phone!

I registered a new FROG, how do I get it on my phone?
When you registered, a link to the FROG you created was sent to the email address you provided. This email contains a link to your personally customized FROG, as well as setup instructions for most phones. If you experience any trouble during your setup, please contact support@getfrog.com for a quick resolution.

I need my FROG link. What do I do?
Visit the Support page, and select "Resend My Link". Enter the email address you initially registered with. A new email containing your personally customized FROG link will be sent directly to you.

Why doesn't FROG work in "Optimized Mode"?
FROG is designed to fit the smaller screens of mobile devices perfectly, without the need to be "optimized" by your browser. As the mobile web evolves, it is likely that the use of optimizers will diminish, in favor of websites which have been designed specifically for a smaller screen. If you are using Palm’s Blazer browser, press the menu key to switch to "Wide Page Mode".
